Zhiva is a Slovak startup operating in healthcare. We help people cope with long-term illnesses through behaviour change.

Zhiva was created in 2021 as an innovative solution for chronic diseases. In the pilot we focused on long covid. We created a mobile app for patients where they could find simple exercises, tests and information about the disease. Our start up is gradually growing and getting involved in various projects in the healthcare sector. We are currently working on the Active Me project, which is testing different interventions to manage high blood pressure and diabetes in people over 60. In Slovakia we are the pioneers in both group and individual health coaching for chronic diseases, and preparing an integrated digital outpatient project.
